Job Stress and Psychosocial Health according to the Level of Exercise Behavior of Working Women

Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in Job stress and Psychosocial Health according the Level of exercise behavior of working women.

METHOD: Participants were 405 working women and completed a set of questionnaires (Job Stress and Psychosocial Health). The collected data was analyzed with SPSSWIN VERSION¡¡18.0 program, such as Cronbach's ?, exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA, and post-hoc of Scheffe.

RESULT: It was found that positive exercise behavior in 40s age, married women, Office women, graduates women, work experience, Monthly income. In particular, number of professional women were in the preparation stage. and working experience and salary were participating regularly in exercise. Sub-factors of job stress in response to exercise behavior level of working women, that there is a statistically significant difference only factors of relationship conflict becomes clear, high clearly at the stage of precontemplation than the stage of contemplation was found. Psychosocial health was found that stage of maintenance was lower than the stage of precontemplation.

CONCLUSION: These results showed that Job Stress and Psychosocial Health Difference according to the Level of Exercise Behavior of Working Women. also were discussed in comparison with previous finding of Psychological effects of exercise.
